摘要
针对高海拔、高寒地区供热速度慢、热效率低等问题,研制了能显著提高水热媒沸点的添加剂。通过配方筛选实验、单因素实验及正交实验,优化出了水热媒添加剂配方;通过水热媒添加剂节能效果现场模拟实验,证明了所研制的水热媒添加剂能显著改善供热效果;对水热媒添加剂腐蚀性、风险性进行了分析。该水热媒添加剂成本低、工艺简单、腐蚀性小、安全性高,具有很好的社会效益和军事意义。
