摘要
分析了衍射光学元件在红外折/衍混合光学系统中特殊的热差特性,并利用衍射光学元件特殊的消热差和色散特性,设计并制成了3μm^5μm波段上适用于-45℃~60℃的红外无热化混合光学系统,且给出了测试结果。线扩散函数在80%能量内的光斑大小为33μm,接近一个像元的大小。温度测试结果表明,该系统在要求的较宽工作温度范围内性能稳定,像质优良,而且体积小,重量轻,结构简单。
The athermalism of diffractive optical elements in infrared hybrid refractive/diffractive optical systems is analyzed. Based on the special athermal properties and achromatic characteristics of the diffractive elements, an infrared hybrid optical system at 3μm-5μm waveband and the temperature range of --45℃ -60℃ is designed in this paper. By many tests, we have attested that with 80% energy the spot's diameter of the Line Spread Function (LSF) is 33μm and approximates the size of one pixel, also it is proved that the optical system can work steadily with high optical quality in the required temperature range.
