辛伐他汀中有机溶剂残留量的毛细管顶空GC测定

摘要 建立了毛细管顶空进样法测定辛伐他汀中甲醇、乙醇、醋酸乙酯、四氢呋喃、环已烷、甲苯等6种有机溶剂的残留量。采用HP-5色谱柱,DMF为溶剂,6种溶剂平均回收率分别为100.5%、99.8%、99.3%、100.8%、99.7%和98.0%。 A capillary GC mothod with headspace was established for determination of residual organic solvents——methanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran, cyclohexane and toluene in simvastatin. A HP-5 capillary column was used with DMF as the solvent. The average recoveries of the above organic solvents were 100.5%, 99.8%, 99.3%, 100.8%, 99.7% and 98.0%, respectively.
