那妥在良性前列腺增生伴急性尿潴留中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨α1A、α1D肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂那妥对良性前列腺增生(BPH)伴急性尿潴留的治疗作用。方法:对42例BPH伴急性尿潴留随机分组。对照组行保留导尿,口服抗生素治疗。观察组加用那妥25mg,1次/日,连服3日。72h后拔除导尿管,以能自行排尿为有效指标。结果:观察组有效率66.7%,对照组28.6%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:对BPH伴急性尿潴留应用那妥治疗,可提早拔除导尿管后自行排尿,疗效与前列腺体积无关。
