摘要
合成了壳聚糖-g-水杨酸,用1H NMR, IR和热重分析等对结构进行了表征.接枝反应的最佳条件为:壳聚糖12.5 mmol, n(水杨酸) : n(壳聚糖)=0.75,于55 ℃~65 ℃反应1 h,水杨酸接枝率为20%.
Chitosan-g-( salicylic acid) was prepared in nonaqueous solution. The structure was characterized by 1^H NMR, IR and thermal analysis. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: chitosan was 12.5 mmol, n( salicylic acid) :n(chitosan) = 0.75, reaction temperature was 55 ℃- 65℃C, reaction time was 1 h. Under the optimal reaction conditions the graft ratio of salicylic acid was 20%.
