摘要
本文观察到清肺活血方能明显抑制病毒性肺炎小鼠肺指数的升高(P<0.01)。减轻肺部病变;能显著对抗病毒性肺炎家兔的发热效应,迅速控制炎性病灶。此外,该方还能降低血液粘度,提高超氧化物歧化酶的活力,减低病毒性肺炎小鼠和家兔肺脂质过氧化物的含量(P<0.01),提示清肺活血方治疗病毒性肺炎的作用与改善血循环、清除自由基亦有关。同时,实验还观察到,清热解毒与活血化瘀药同用可产生协同作用。
This paper presents a prescription for removing heat from the lung and activating blood circulation,which was found to be effective in inhibiting the increase of the lung exponents in mice with viral pneumonia(P<0. 01),relieving lung diseases,markedly antagonizing the heat effect of rabbits with viral pneumonia,and rapidly control inflammation.Besides,this prescription can also reduce blood viscosity,increase the activity of superoxide dismutase,and decrease the content of lipid peroxidation in mice and rabbits with viral pnewmonia(P<0.01). All this indicates that the effect of this prescription in treating viral pneumonia is related to the improvement ot blood circulation and the removal of free radicals.It was also discovered in experiments that drugs for removing heat and toxin and drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis may have joint effect.
