摘要
实验室综合能力通过实验室投入能力、实验室教学与管理能力、科技创新能力、对外交流与合作能力来表征。该文结合高校实验室的特点和实际要求,提出了校级重点实验室综合能力评估体系,并对该校校级重点实验室的综合能力进行了评估与分析。
The comprehensive capability of laboratory is characterized by the investment, teaching and management ability,innovative ability and the ability of exchange and cooperation. This paper put forward an evaluation system on comprehensive capability of key laboratories of universities based on their respective characteristics and requirements. The system was applied to the evaluation of the key laboratory of Hebei University of Science and Technology.
