摘要
目的考察肝素钠乳膏(海普林)治疗湿疹的疗效。方法以自身为对照,治疗组涂搽肝素钠乳膏,对照组涂搽去炎松霜,两组均配合口服同样治疗湿疹药物。结果治疗组与对照组有效率比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论应用肝素钠乳膏治疗湿疹,疗效较好。此药无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of heparin sodium cream （HEPUDIOD）on eczema. Methods Comparied with oneself, the heparin sodium cream was applied in the treatment group, the triamcinolone acetonide cream was applied in the contral group. An oral drug was taken simultaneously. Results The differences of effective rate were significant between the treatment group and the contral group. Conclusion The curative effect is well with the heparin sodium cream on eczema. It is worth for clinical application without adverse drug reaction.
