摘要
以浸渍法制得含Cu和Ce的催化剂,并对比考察了不同温度下制得的催化剂对乙醇的完全氧化性能,确定Ce/Cu原子数之比在3:1~5:1间的催化剂活性最好.用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了催化剂的表面组成与形貌,推测Cu2+和Cu0是乙醇氧化的活性中心,分散在CeO2表面的CuO与溶解在CeO2晶格中的Cu2+的比例及表面的吸附氧都与催化剂活性相关;确定Ce/Cu原子数之比在0.5:1~10:1之间,CeO2的负载量越高,CuO的分散状态越好.
A series of catalysts comprising Cu and Ce are prepared by impregnation method, and their catalytic performance are tested for complete oxidation of ethanol. The results show that some catalysts whose Ce/Cu atomic ratio is in the range of 3: 1 - 5: 1 are confirmed effectively. The composition and surface morphology of the catalysts are examined by XRD, XPS and SEM, respectively. According to the results of the examining, it is suggested that Cu^2+ and Cu^0 are the active sites for the oxidative reaction. The catalytic activity seems to be concerned with two factors. One of them is the surface oxygen, and another is the ratio of CuO dispersing on the surface of CeO2 and Cu^2+ dissolving into the lattice of CeO2. Meanwhile, it is confirmed that CuO disperses well with the increasing of CeO2 in the Ce/Cu ratio range of 0. 5: 1 - 10: 1.
