摘要
以2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯胺和2-羟基-3-萘甲酸(简称2,3-酸)为原料,以PCl3为脱水剂,采用酸式法合成色酚AS-LC。最佳缩合反应条件如下:2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯胺与2,3-酸的摩尔比为1∶1.15~1.25;缩合反应时间为2h;2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯胺与PCl3的摩尔比为1∶0.4;2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯苯胺的质量与溶剂氯苯体积比为1∶10。在此反应条件下得到的缩合产物收率为95%,熔点为190~192℃,纯度为94%。
Naphthol AS-LC is synthesized in acid solution with 2,5-dimethoxy-4-chloroaniline and 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid (short for 2,3-acid) as raw material, PCl3 as dehydrating agent. The optimum condensation conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-chloroaniline and 2,3-acid is 1 : 1 .15-1.25 ; condensation time is 2 hours;the molar ratio of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-hloroaniline and PCl3 is 1:0.4 ;the m/V value of 2,5-dimethoxy-4-chloroaniline and chlorobenzene is 1:10. Under these reaction conditions, the yield of the condensate obtained is 95% ,the melting point 190-192℃, the purity 94%.
