摘要
目的:总结与探讨急性闭角型青光眼患者的急救与护理措施,提高复明率。方法:回顾性分析95例急性闭角型青光眼患者的急救、护理措施及临床效果。结果:95例患者经治疗,平均3.5d眼压值降至适于手术,且心理状态稳定,均痊愈出院。结论:加强对急性闭角型青光眼患者的急救及良好的手术前心理护理有助于提高疗效。
Objective ： To summarize and explore emergency treatment and psycho - nursing of patients with acute angle - closure glaucoma to raise recovery rate of lost sight. Methods： Retrospective study was made on the emergency treatment, nursing care and effective outcome of 95 patients with acute angle - closure glaucoma. Results ： The intraocular pressure of all 95 patients was reduced to be suitable for operation after the mean 3.5 days treatment, and all patients were recovered. Conclusion： Strengthening emergency treatment and psycho - nursing of patients with acute angle - closure glaucoma conduce to increasing curative effect.
