摘要
首先从GIS数据的重要性、现势性、共享性出发,探讨了几个具有典型性特征的问题,在数据现势性问题上特别介绍了国内某大型城市房地局目前的数据管理体系和变更机制,同时研究了由此引发的系统搭建在数据更新维护上的问题,最后讨论了针对长事务并发操作的数据管理机制,并结合讨论引入了一些案例进行具体阐述。
The authors firstly discuss several specific questions on the importance, updatability and shareability of GIS data. The data management system and data altering mechanism of a real-estate bureau in a big city in China are especially introduced with the emphasis on the data updatability. Meanwhile, the problem of data updating and maintaining existed in the system development is explored. The concurrent operation on the long transaction in the data management mechanism is elaborated. A number of real cases are introduced to aid the depiction of problems and solutions.
