摘要
青光眼是致盲性疾病,难治性青光眼的治疗更为棘手。青光眼房水引流物的出现,是治疗难治性青光眼的突破性进展,提高了中短期治疗成功率,同时也存在较多并发症。本文就常用的引流植入物—Ahmed青光眼阀在治疗难治性青光眼中的作用和研究现状作一综述。
Glaucoma is a disease causing blindness, and the treatment of refractory glaucoma is very difficult. The emergency of glaucoma drainage implants is a breakthrough in the treatment of refractory glaucoma, raising the treatment success rate in short-term and medium-term postoperative period, but there are also mamy complications. This text is one overview of the function and present research on glaucoma drainage devices-Ahmed glaucoma valve commonly used in treatment of refractory glaucoma.
