摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术后排尿困难的预防和治疗。方法对24例TURP术后拔除尿管后出现排尿困难或尿潴留的患者进行分析并总结出相应的处理措施。结果引起TURP术后排尿困难的常见原因主要有前列腺水肿,尿道狭窄,残留组织、血块、结石堵塞等。通过延长停留尿管时间,扩张尿道,取出堵塞物等措施多可解决。结论充分的术前准备,术中膀胱颈部和前列腺尖部的慎重处理可减少术后排尿困难的发生,术后及时采取有效措施可解决排尿困难。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment of dysuria after Transurethral electroresection of prostate.Methods From January 1966 to October 2004,24 cases with dysuria or urinary retention after transurethral electroresection of prostate and after removing urinary catheter were analyzed retrospectively and it＇s managed measures were summarized.Results The main cause of dysuria were edema of prostate urethral stricture,residual tissues,clot （blood）and obstruction of calculi etc. It was settled by prolonged time of keeping urinary catheter,dilating urethra,removing obstuctive contents. Conclusion Preoperative enough prepartion and careful managment in the tip of prostate which can reduce the postoperative dysuria.If the effective measures are taken after operation in time,the dysuria can be settled.
