摘要
以两种不同的黏土-锂基黏土XLG和钠基黏土(Na-clay)为改性剂,通过原位复合法 制备黏土/聚丙烯酰胺复合水凝胶.通过调整反应物之间的配比、反应条件考察了纳米复合水凝胶 的机械强度、吸胀性能、透明性等性能.结果表明两种黏土都能够增强水凝胶的拉伸强度,其中前 者效果更加明显.并且XLG/聚合物凝胶具有极好的透明度,XRD结果表明黏土在聚合物基体中呈 纳米尺度均匀分散,并起到交联剂作用.
Clay/Polyacryamide composite hydmgels were prepared via in - situ polymerization by using two kind of clay as modifier. The mechanical property, water absorption, nanostincture and transparency were characterized. It shows that both clay XLG and Na- clay, especially the former can reinforce the hydmgel. And the great transparency and the XRD results of polyacrylamide/XLG hydrogel show that the nanoparticles of XLG were dispersed homogenously in polymer matrix while acting as physical cmsslinker.
