摘要
为了准确描述涡街信号的特征,本文研究涡街流量计输出信号的模型,并进行了仿真。对以前的信号处理方法进行了分析,提出了一种前置滤波+频谱分析的信号处理方法,有效地提高了涡街流量计的测量精度,扩大了量程比。用片上外设丰富的DSPs芯片———TMS320LF2407A,设计了一套涡街流量计数字信号处理系统,该系统体积小、成本低。
A output signal model of the vortex flowmeters is studied, and the simulations were carried out in this paper in order to describe the features of the vortex signal. The previous signal processing techniques are analyzed, and then a signal processing method: pre -filter & spectrum analysis is proposed to improve the measurement accuracy and raise the span ratio of the vortex flowmeters. A digital signal processing system was designed for the vortex flowmeteres with a DSPs chip-TMS320LY2407A that possesses abundant peripherals on its chip, so this system is of small dimension and low cost.
