摘要
目的:探讨环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化和RT-PCR技术检测正常卵巢和卵巢癌组织中COX-2的表达情况。结果:检测的38例卵巢癌组织COX-2蛋白表达阳性23例,阳性表达率61%,33例表达COX-2mRNA,阳性表达率为87%;20例正常卵巢组织COX-2蛋白与COX-2mRNA均呈阴性表达。结论:COX-2在卵巢癌组织高表达,并在其发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2）in ovarian cancer. Methods RT-PCR and immunohistochemlcal method were used to investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in 38 patients with ovarian cancer. Results COX-2 protein expressions were detected in 23 of 38 ovarian cancers and the positive rate was 61%. COX-2 mRNA expressions were detected in 33 of 38 ovarian cancers and the positive rate was 87%. No COX-2 protein and mRNA expression was detected in 20 normal ovaries. Conclusion Increased expression of COX-2 protein and mRNA in human ovarian cancer, and it might be the imoortant factor in develooment of ovarian cancer.
