摘要
目的:了解曲克芦丁注射液不良反应的临床表现和相关因素。方法:通过检索1998-2004年文献报道的曲克芦丁注射液不良反应病例进行统计分析。结果:曲克芦丁注射液的不良反应临床表现以过敏性反应及过敏性休克常见,大多发生在首次用药时;不良反应在高剂量(≥400 m g)或连续用药时更易发生。结论:曲克芦丁注射液不良反应发生与多种因素有关,临床使用时应引起重视。
Object ： To investigate clinical symptoms and related factors of adverse reactions induced by troxerutin injection. Methods： Cases of adverse reactions induced by troxerutin injection reported during 1998-2004 were analyzed. Results： Primary symptoms of adverse reactions induced by troxerutin injection were anaphylaxis and anaphylactic shock. Most adverse reactions occurred in the initial use. It seemed that drug with high dosage （≥400 mg） or continuous administration tended to induce adverse reactions. Conclusion： Adverse reactions induced by troxerutin injection were related to multiple factors. Attention should be paid when it＇s used for clinical purpose.
