摘要
秘书职业化是目前秘书学界的热点和难点问题之一。对影响秘书职业化进程不利因素进行分析,并提出秘书职业化的可行性对策。
Secretary professional is one of focus and difficult issues in the secretary field. The article will research by the ways of history and contrast. By analyzing some factors of influencing secretary professional process, it comes up with pragmatic measure on secretary professional. The paper gives a further probing into the issue on Secretary professional.
