摘要
本文主要对我院人力资源管理专业在产学结合方面如何培养应用型人才的实践进行了探索。提出注重实践教学环节是基础,组织保证是关键,加大校内和校外实习实训基地的建设是根本,走产学相结合是重要形式。
This paper mainly explored how to train the applied talents in practice going hand in hand with theory of the human resources management in our institute. It proposed it is a foundation to pay attention to practice teaching; organization guarantee is the key; it is the root to strengthen the construction of training bases inside and outside school, and practice going hand in hand with theory is an important formation.
