摘要
对寄生于草莓根部的一种线虫—光尾拟短体线虫(PratylenchoidesleiocaudaSher,1970)进行了详细描述。该线虫采集于辽宁省沈阳市沈阳农业大学草莓园和辽中县的草莓根际,其鉴定特征为唇区3￣4条环纹,侧区6条侧线(体中部),尾部合并为4条侧线,食道腺双叶状从背侧长覆盖肠,雌虫双卵巢,尾圆柱形,具20￣25条环纹,尾末端无环纹或具有2￣3条不规则环纹,雄虫普遍存在,交合刺较长(22.7￣25.2μm),交合伞包到尾端。该种线虫为草莓上首次报道。
Pratylenchoides leiocauda Sher, 1970, a new recorded species associated with the strawberry, was descrided and illustrated in the paper. It was collected from the soils around the roots of Fragaria ananassa in the strawberry garden of Shenyang Agricultural University and Liaozhong County, Liaoning Province. It was distinctively characterized in lip region rounded with 3-4 annules, lateral field with six lines in the middle of body and four lines in tail, two leaf-like esophageal glands longer overlap ping the intestine dorsally, female genital tracts paired, cylindrical tail with 20～25 annules, terminus with no annules or 2～3 annules, the presense of males, longer spicules （22.7～25.2μm） and large bursa surrounding to the end of tail. The strawberry as its host was first reported in the world.
