摘要
目的:了解脑血管意外患者家属对健康教育内容和方式的需求。方法:应用自行设计的调查表对320例患者家属进行问卷调查。结果:320例患者家属对治疗方法、用药指导、随访、出院指导、饮食指导、康复锻炼的指导、预防措施等健康教育内容的需求率均超过50%;健康教育方式中个别交谈指导最受欢迎。结论:通过对脑血管意外患者家属健康教育内容和方式需求的调查,为护理人员针对性地对患者家属进行健康教育提供依据。
Objective：To survey the requirement content and mode of health education in family of patients with cerebrovascular accident. Methods： Self-designed questionnaire was applied in 320 cases patients＇ family. Results： Over 50% of patients＇ family needed t he guides of the disease treatment, drug, therapy, follow - up, leaving hospital, diet, rehabilitation exercises and preventive measures, Individual talk was the most receptive mode of health education. Conclusion： Nursing staff would provide education support to patients＇ family according to the survey results.
