摘要
采用醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸甲酯2种单体共接枝改性木薯淀粉,研究了其制备工艺的影响因素,并通过红外光谱证实2种单体接枝到木薯淀粉的侧链上。单因子实验结果表明,各因子的适合水平分别为过硫酸铵16mmol/L,单体浓度1.16mol/L,单体配比30:70,反应温度65℃,反应时间3h。
Preparation of thermoplastic and degradable cassava starch material was carried out by grafting vinyl acetate (VAc) and methyl acrylate (MA) onto cassava starch. The best reaction conditions for the material were studied. IR spectrum proved that the monomers VAc and MA had been grafted onto cassava starch. The optimum reaction conditions: APS concentration 16 mmol/L, monomers concentration 1.16 mol/L, the mass ratio of VAc to MA 30:70, reaction temperature 65℃, and reaction time 3 hours.
