环氧化酶-2在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与微血管密度的关系 被引量:9

The expressiong of cyclooxygenase-2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with MVD

摘要 目的:检测喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中环氧化酶2(COX2)、兔抗人Ⅷ因子(FⅧ)的表达,探讨LSCC中COX2的表达情况与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学SABC法检测42例LSCC及其癌旁正常组织中COX2、FⅧ的表达,分析其与LSCC的临床病理、淋巴结转移、MVD等的关系。结果:LSCC组织中COX2阳性率为71.4%,癌旁正常组织中COX2的阳性率为19.1%,肿瘤组织中COX2的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);COX2在LSCC中的表达与患者的性别、年龄、病变原发部位、分化程度和T分期无关(均P>0.05);与病理分期、颈淋巴结转移和MVD密切相关。结论:COX2在LSCC中的高表达对肿瘤的发生、发展及淋巴结转移起促进作用,COX2可能是促进肿瘤血管形成的主要因子。 Objective:To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and the correlation with tumor angiogenesis. Method: The COX-2 and FⅧ of 42 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method,and the correlation between the expression rates, clinical significance and microvessel density(MVD) was analyzed. Result: The positive rate of COX-2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues were 71. 43% and 19. 05% respectively. The expression of COX-2 were not associated with age, sex, tumor site and T stage. The tumors of grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ showed a higher COX-2 expression than tumors of grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ did and the expression of COX-2 in the cervical lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in the non metastasis group. The expression of COX-2 was closely associated with microvessel density(MVD) of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion:The expression of COX-2 may play a crucial role in the carcinogenesis and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. COX-2 may be a important factor in tumor angiogenesis.
