摘要
针对软件外包企业对承包方的要求,采用层次分析法和群决策聚类分析相结合的综合方法建立了一套软件承包方能力评价指标体系,并进行了实证运算,以期实现对软件承包方能力的科学评价.
Using the principles of Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） and Cluster Analysis based on Group Decision Making, we established an index evaluation system to synthetic evaluate outsourcees. Real world applications of this system demonstrated its effectiveness in evaluating and selecting qualified outsourcees.
