摘要
[目的] 观察磁性附着体义齿修复双侧游离端牙列缺损的临床效果.[方法] 选择双侧磨牙缺失的患者30例,分别采用根端和冠外安置磁性附着体,然后制作义齿的可摘部分,观察患者对于修复体咀嚼功能和美观的满意度.[结果] 30例患者戴用义齿1年内,均对美观表示满意,稳定性好,咀嚼功能好,检查基牙无病变.戴用义齿1～3年后,因患者自身的因素,陆续出现基牙疼痛及基牙牙周的炎症,经过相应处理和治疗后,重新恢复了良好的功能和稳定.[结论] 采用磁性附着体义齿修复双侧游离端牙列缺损是一种简便易行的修复方法.
[ Objective] To evaluate the clinical of distal extensive partial dentures with magnetic attachments. [ Methods] Thirty pieces of distal extensive dentures with magnetic attachments were made for 30 patients. [ Resuits] The patients with magnetic attachments were followed up 3 years . All the dentures were comfortable , stable, good looking and functioning. [conclusion] Magnetic attachments denture could achieve satisfied prosthetic effect.
