摘要
目的:比较野生与栽培甘草的质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,分光光度法及重量法,通过测定甘草中活性成分甘草酸含量、甘草总黄酮含量与浸膏量等,对两者作比较。结果:野生甘草与栽培甘草的内在质量无明显差异,而且均达到了《中国药典》规定的标准。结论:栽培甘草可替代野生甘草,解决野生甘草资源不足的问题。
Objective: To compare the quality of wild glycyrrhiza uralensis and plant glycyrrhiza uralensis. Method : The content of glycyrrhizie acid, total content of flavone and extract weight in wild and plant glycyrrhiza uralensis were determined by HPLC, spectrophotometry and gravimetric method. Result: There was no significant difference in the quality of the wild and plant glycyrrhiza uralensi. Both had complied with the standard of pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: To Substitute plant glycyrrhiza uralensis for wild glycyrrhiza uralensis, so the problem that wild glycyrrhiza uralensis resources are insufficient can be solved.
