摘要
建立了某车辆换挡离合器液压系统压力控制阀动力学模型并进行了仿真,通过实验验证了所建数学模型和仿真计算方法的正确性与有效性,分析了不同结构参数对压力控制阀充油过程的影响,研究结果可以为车辆液压系统的设计、改进及预测提供理论依据.
In this paper, a dynamic simulation model of the vehicle hydraulic controlling valve of shift clutch is established. The correctness and validity of the system model and simulation method are verified through experiments. The influences on the charging process with the different structural parameters are analyzed. The simulation results can provide optimum design, improvement and forecast of vehicle hydraulic system with theoretical basis.
