摘要
目的对国产和进口枸橼酸他莫昔芬片的质量进行比较。方法参照《中国药典》2005版的有关规定,采用紫外分光光度法考察国产和进口枸橼酸他莫昔芬片性状、鉴别、重量差异、含量均匀度、溶出度以及含量。结果鉴别及溶出度指标无差别,重量差异、含量均匀度及含量方面有统计学意义上的差别。结论国产和进口枸橼酸他莫昔芬片均符合质量标准的规定。
Aim To compare the quality of domestic and imported tamoxifen citrate tablets（TCT）. Method Referring to Chinese pharmacopoeia（ colume II,2005 ） , the character, identification, weight variation, content uniformity, dissolubility and the content of domestic and imported TCT were determined bv UV spectropholometer respectively. Result Statistical analysis showed that there were no significant difference in the identification and the dissolubility between domestic and imported TCT, but there were significant differences in the weight variation,content uniformity, dissolubility and the content. Conclusion Both the domestic and imported TCT are meet there quirements of quality standard.
