摘要
针对活性染料传统连续轧染纤维素纤维织物存在的问题,提出了采用湿短蒸工艺进行加工.探讨了染料品种、pH值、温度、电解质等对染色工艺的影响.通过选用合适的染料、助剂,设定合理的工艺参数,对纯棉纱卡进行湿短蒸染色,在相对湿度25 %～30 %、温度130 ℃、车速35～45 m/min下具有较好的染色效果.
Shortened wet steaming process is carried out to solve the problems arising in the continuous pad dyeing of cellulose fabric with reactive dyestuffs. Factors affecting dyeing results such as dyestuff, auxiliaries, pH value, temperature and electrolyte are discussed. It is found that good dyeing results can be obtained under the conditions of 25 % - 30% humidity, temperature 130℃ and speed at 35 -45 m/min.
