摘要
目的评价球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术在脊柱压缩性骨折治疗中的复位作用。方法15例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,首先全麻俯卧过伸复位,排除体位复位对伤椎高度的恢复作用,C型臂X线机透视记录后凸成形球囊扩张前伤椎的影像资料,然后行经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术,术后摄片。比较手术前后伤椎及相邻椎间隙高度、脊柱后凸Cobb角。结果手术前后伤椎及相邻椎间隙高度、脊柱后凸Cobb角等数据配对比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论排除体位复位因素后,球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术对伤椎及相邻椎间隙高度有明显的恢复作用,可以矫正脊柱后凸畸形。
Objective To evaluate the reduction force of transpedicular balloon kyphoplasty for spinal compression fractures. Methods Fifteen consecutive procedures were performed in 15 patients of spinal compression fractures. Under general anesthesia postural reduction in stretching proneposition was performed at first, then percutaneous insertion of two inflatable bone tamps into a fractured vertebral body transpedicularly was conducted under fluoroscopic guidance. Inflation of the bone tampe would elevate the endplates, restoring the vertebral body and disc height, while creating a cavity to be filled with bone cement. Results The radiographic findings before kyphoplasty were compared with that after kyphoplasty. The transpedicular balloon kyphoplasty resulted in significant restoration of the vertebral body and disc height. The mean kyphosis was improved obviously(P〈0.05). No complications occurred. Conclusion Transpedicular balloon kyphoplasty is an effective way to treat spinal compression fractures.
