摘要
针对高速线材轧机传动零部件的突发故障,开展基于振动测试的故障诊断研究可以有效加以避免。结合设备的结构特点,根据离/在线监测系统采集的振动信息,采用时频分析法可以有效捕获其中的故障特征。结果表明,各种时频分析方法对零部件类型的敏感程度有所差异。其中,高阶的时域指标是识别轴承类故障的有效手段,而转轴类故障的识别和判断相对复杂一些。
For the sudden fault of transmission parts in high speed wire rolling mill, the fault diagnosis based on the vibration measurement is an effective method. Considering structure of the equipment, the fault characteristics can be captured through analyzing the vibration signals picked with off-line or on-line monitoring system. The results showed that the sensitivity of time-frequency methods on different type of components is different. The high-order time domain indexes are effective for the recognition of fault in bearings. On the other hand, the judgement of faults on the spindles is more difficult comparatively.
