摘要
目的探讨富硒板党对小鼠益智和低氧/复氧损伤的保护作用。方法益智实验采用苯异丙腺甘(PIA)致小鼠学习记忆障碍等益智模型;抗氧化实验采用小鼠低氧/复氧损伤的模型,检测小鼠血液中活性氧(ROS)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)值。结果富硒板党水煎液可提高小鼠的学习记忆能力,明显延长小鼠游泳时间;降低ROS和MDA值,增强SOD活性,对CAT作用不明显。结论富硒板党对小鼠具有益智和低氧/复氧损伤的保护作用。
Objective To Study on promoting intelligence development effects and preventing hypoxia/reoxygenation injury of rich selenium-banqiao-codonopsis pilosula in mice. Methods Learning and memory barrier model induced by phenylisopropyladenosine (PIA)was adopted in promoting intelligence development experiment;and anti-oxygenaion experiment mice hypoxia/reoxygenation injury model was used to measure the activity of reactire oxygen species (ROS), calalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malondialdehyde (MDA)in blood. Results Rich selenium - danqiao - codonopsis pilosula boild water could enhance the learning and memory ability of mice; obviously extend the swimming time of mice; could decrease the quality of ROS and MDA; increase the activity of SOD, but it had no obvious effect on CAT. Conclusion Rich selenium - banqiao - codonopsis pilosula had effects of promoting intelligence development and preventing gypoxia/reoxygenation injury.
