摘要
人口考古学作为考古学的一门分支学科,首先要建立自己的理论、方法论体系,并运用这些理论和方法来指导中国考古学的实践。人口考古学研究人口现象,对解释社会文化过程具有重要意义,可此,为促进人口考古学的发展,必须提出适合中国考古学实际的操作模式。
As a subdiscipline of archaeology, demographic archaeology should establish, first of all, its own theoretic and methodological system so as to give a guide to Chinese archaeological practice. It is important for demographic archaeology to explain the social and cultural process in history by researching into the phenomena of population. Therefore we must find the operating way suitable to Chinese archaeological practice so that demographic archaeology will be further improved.
