摘要
设备零部件工作性能指标下降后,分析其失效原因,对其进行再制造技术处理,以获得原来性能或优于原来性能的零部件。主要包括对失效零部件进行再制造及对长期服役后的旧部件应用再制造技术延长寿命。介绍了绿色再制造技术及其在电厂装备失效维修中的应用,并制定了相关的“再制造”修复方案,采用表面涂层防止锅炉“四管”泄漏问题、表面改性技术在电厂阀门延寿修复上的应用、恢复热处理技术在高温螺栓延寿上的应用、锅炉高温受热面管的焊接延寿修复,指出应用再制造技术对在役电厂装备延寿修复具有重要意义。
In view of the performance deterioration of components, based on the analysis of potential causes, remanufacturing technology was used in this paper to deal with the components so as to obtain original or even better performance. The treatment included remanufacturing for invalidation components and life extension of those operated for long term. The remanufacturing technology and its application in power equipment maintenance were discussed, in addition, the related "remanufacturing" repairing solutions were proposed. Typically, the surface coating used to prevent leakages of boiler "four-pipe", the surface modifying technology used for life extension and restoration of valves, the restoring heat treatment used for life prolongation of high-temperature bolts and life extension and restoration of welding for boiler heating surfaces etc. It is significant for the life extension and restoration of power equipment in service to introduce remanufacturing technology.
