摘要
目的研究益心酮胶囊对实验性高脂血症大鼠三酰甘油、胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的影响,为临床应用提供参考。方法给予大鼠高脂高胆固醇饮食,同时灌胃给予益心酮胶囊10,25,50mg.kg-1,30d后测定血清三酰甘油、胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白。结果益心酮胶囊25,50mg.kg-1灌胃给药可以明显降低实验性高脂血症大鼠三酰甘油、胆固醇,升高高密度脂蛋白(P<0.05或0.01)。结论益心酮胶囊可用于高脂血症的治疗。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Yexintong capsule on tfiglyceride,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol in rats to provide some data for its clinical use. METHOD Provide rats with fat and cholesterol to induce hyperlipidemia for 30 days continuously, meanwhile, rats was treated with Yexintong capsule by ig to evaluate its effect. RESULTS Yexintong capsule can reduce the triglycefide and cholesterol, increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C ） in rats （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUTION Yexintong capsule can be used for treating hyperlipidemia.
