摘要
本文通过对1952-1986年期间中国农业发展因素的重新回顾分析，证明现代农业要素的投入对于中国农业发展同样具有说服力。并在此基础上分析中国农业面临的困境的根源并不仅仅源于产权分析框架下揭示的因素，农业现代要素投入的趋缓也是困境产生的重要原因。在对策建议的讨论中，笔者强调改造传统农业的政策措施必须尊重市场规律。
This paper reviews and analyses the factors which expedites Chinese agriculture between 1952 and 1986,demonstrates that the devotion of modern agricultural factors has a great significance in the development of Chinese agriculture.Based on that,it analyses that the root of tough circumstances confronting Chinese agriculture does not just stem from factors disclosed by the analyzing framework of property right,while the increasing slowdown of devotion of modern agricultural factors is also vital cause.In the discussion of suggestion of countermeasures,author underscores that the policy measures that innovate traditional agriculture should be in line with market rules.
