摘要
目的:了解IL-1β和TNF-αmRNA在恶性脑瘤表达的变化及意义。方法:应用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测36例脑胶质瘤及瘤旁组织、36例脑膜瘤及癌旁组织、20例术中切除标本的距瘤3 cm组织中IL-1β和TNF-αmRNA表达。结果:脑胶质瘤、脑膜瘤组织中IL-1β和TNF-αmRNA表达均显著高于瘤旁组织(P<0.01)。距瘤3 cm以远组织中IL-1β和TNF-αmRNA表达显著低于脑胶质瘤、脑膜瘤组织;而脑胶质瘤、脑膜瘤瘤旁组织IL-1β和TNF-αmRNA表达与距癌3 cm以外组织相比差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:细胞因子IL-1β和TNF-α的变化可作为观察恶性脑瘤病情及监测反应的一种手段。
Objective: To explore the expression and significance of IL-1β and TNF-α mRNA in malignant cerebroma. Methods: Thirty-six cases of brain glioma and peritumor tissue, 36 cases of meningeal tumor and peritumor tissue, and 20 cases of non-tumor tissue were included. RT-PCR method was used to measure the expression of IL-1β and TNF-α mRNA. Results: IL-1β and TNF-α mRNA in brain glioma and meningeal tumor were all higher than those in peritumor tissue ( P 〈 0.01 ). IL-1β and TNF-α mRNA in non-tumor tissues which were at least 3 cm from tumor were all lower those in tumor, while no difference was found between peritumor tissues and tumors ( P 〉0.05). Conclusion: The expression of IL-1β and TNF-α could be used to monitor the progression of tumor.
