摘要
以铁尾矿为主要原料,采用烧结法制备了微晶玻璃.通过DTA、XRD、SEM等分析方法,研究了CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系玻璃的析晶性能,并对铁尾矿微晶玻璃的晶相组成及晶体形貌特征等进行了分析.结果表明:铁尾矿微晶玻璃起始析晶温度为1 179 ℃,析晶峰温度为1 241 ℃;其主晶相为钙铁辉石,次晶相为普通辉石.晶粒尺寸在1~8 μm范围内,其集合体呈球状、枝晶状和块状晶体.
The glass-ceramics were manufactured by sintering from raw materials mainly containing ferrous tailings. By means of DTA, XRD and SEM, the crystallization performance of CaO-MgO-Al2O3 SiO2 glass was analyzed, and the crystalline phase and crystal morphology of ferrous-tailing glass were also studied. The results show that ferrous tailing glass begins to crystallize at 1 179 ℃and the crystallization peak temperature is at 1 241 ℃ under the experimental conditions; the main crystalline phase of the glass-ceramics are hedenbergite, while the subordinate crystalline phase is augite with dendrite, columnar crystal and bulk crystal existing in the aggregation, and the grain size is about 1- 8 μm.
