摘要
阐述社区林业的起源,对国内外在社区林业的涵义、发展目标、本质特征、权属等方面的研究现状进行全面分析,指出目前在社区林业研究中存在的一些模糊的认识,提出我国社区林业需要重点研究的问题,主要包括社区林业与集体林业的关系、社区林业组织形式、社区林业权属、社区林业可持续发展等问题。
Elaborated the origins of the community forestry. Carrying on an integrated analysis and overall commentary of the research status quo in the community forestry such as the connotation, the development target, the intrinsical characteristic, the droit ascription and so on. Point out the some blurry understanding occurred currently in the research of the community forestry. Putting forward the major problem of community forestry research demanded in our country. It is mainly include that the problem such as a relationship of the community forestry with the collective forestry, and the organized form, the droit ascription and the continuable development of the community forestry.
