摘要
汽车行驶跑偏是汽车常见的故障现象,该故障的原因很多,但大部分是由于四轮定位参数不准确或不匹配引起的。本文通过对四轮定位所引起汽车行驶跑偏的机理分析和实例验证,分别指出总后倾角、总外倾角、主销内倾角、车轮摆动角和推进角等对汽车跑偏的影响,对四轮定位参数不匹配引起的汽车行驶跑偏现象进行了较为深入的分析和探讨。
Vehicle driving wandering is a very common type of fault, which would be caused by many different factors. The moat possibilities are the inaccuracy or unmatch of the parameters of four wheel alignment. In the paper, the principle of vehicle driving wandering caused by four wheel alignment is introduced with some practical examples for verification, and aLl the total caster angle,total camber angle, kingpin inclination, swinging angle and thrust angles which have effects on the vehicle driving wandering are also indicated respectively. Vehicle driving wandering caused by the unmatched parameters of four wheel alignment is discussed.
