摘要
在不同的镀Zn体系中加入镧盐,用脉冲电流在A3钢表面电镀Zn薄膜,采用稳态法和静态挂片法(在20℃海水中)研究锌镀层的耐蚀性能;用SEM、XRD研究镀锌层的微观结构。结果表明镀液中加入镧盐后,明显使锌晶粒变小,镀层变致密,改变了晶面的织构系数,降低了锌镀层的致钝电流密度(Jpp)和维钝电流密度(Jp),增强了镀锌层的耐蚀性能。
Pulse electroplate was used to produce zinc coatings on the surface of A3 steel substrate from various electrolytes of lanthanum. The corrosion resistance property of the zinc coatings was studied by the galvanostatic method and the static piece-hanging method in the artificial sea water of 20℃. The microstructure of the zinc coatings was studied by SEM and XRD. The results show that the zinc coatings became dense, the zinc coatings orientation texture coefficient was changed, the Jp and Jpp were reduced, and the corrosion resistance of the zinc deposit was strengthened when lanthanum salt was added into electrolytes.
