摘要
级联型变流器是目前中高压大容量变流器的研究热点之一,载波相移SPWM技术是级联型变流器普遍采用的方法;该文在载波相移SPWM技术的基础上提出了一种同步相移SPWM技术并进行了仿真分析。同步相移SPWM技术在不降低系统性能的前提下,大大简化了计算,在中高压级联型变流器的实际应用系统中,具有非常明显的优势。
Cascaded-inverters are one of the popular research issues in the field of high-voltage and high-capacity inverters,and the carrier phase shifting SPWM technology is a very popular method. In this paper, based on the carrier phase shifting SPWM technology,the synchronous phase shifting SPWM technology is proposed and proved through simulation. The synchronous phase shifting SPWM technology makes the calculation simple without influencing performance of the system ,so it has obvious advantages in the practical system of high-voltage cascaded-inverters.
