The Effect of 6-BA、ABA on the Senescence and the Transport Rate of Assimilation Production of Flag Leaf in Rice

摘要 探讨了水稻抽穗期喷施6-BA、ABA对旗叶衰老及同化物运输的影响。结果表明:水稻抽穗期喷施6-BA,能延缓旗叶叶片衰老,提高旗叶光合速率及同化物输出能力。抽穗期喷施ABA,对旗叶光合速率、叶面积及叶绿素含量影响不大,主要是增加旗叶鞘糖含量,促进同化物运输。 The effect of 6-BA、ABA sprayed to the plants in heading stage of rice on the senescence and thetransport rate of assimilation preducts of flag leaf was studied. The experimental results showed that 6-BA candelay nag leaf senescence, increase photosynthetic rate and assimilate transport rate of flag leaf; and that ABAcannot increase photosynthetic rate, leaf area and chiorophyll content of flag leaf, but increase sugar content ofnag leaf sheath and the transport rate of flag leaf of assimilation products.
