摘要
重庆市开县麻柳乡政府把权力用来真正为民办实事,探索和推行“八步工作法”,走出了一条在乡村治理中建设公共服务型政府的新路。如何推进公共服务型政府建设,“麻柳经验”拓展了我们的思路。第一,确立为民服务的理念;第二,摆正政府角色,强化政府公共服务职能;第三,完善政府的公共服务体制和机制;第四,创新公共服务的有效方式;第五,采取切实的举措,加快推进公共服务型政府建设。
The Maliu village government decides to exercise power to do useful things for villagers, carries out 8 steps working methods, and open up a new path of constructing public service oriented government in village administration. The Maliu village experience has broadened our thoughts of how to advance the construction of public service oriented government. Firstly, establish the concept of service for people. Secondly, adjust the role of the government, and strengthen governments＇ public service function. Thirdly, perfect the system and mechanism of governments＇ public service. Finally, take effective ways to accelerate the construction of public service oriented government.
