摘要
用不同溶剂低温回流洗涤聚乙烯熔体接枝马来酸酐的产物(无凝胶的或有凝胶的),通过化学滴定监控洗出过程,拟合洗出函数,发现洗出速率受溶剂与聚合物的溶度参数差影响,与凝胶无关。对洗后样品进行化学与红外分析,证明上述分离方法可行。
Different solvents were used to flux and extract the product of molten polyethylene grafted maleic afcid (with or without gel) under low temperature, which was monitored by chemical tritation. It is found that the extracting rate was determined by the difference of solubility parameter between solvent and polymer, and independent to gel. Chemical and infrared analysis proved that this method was feasible.
