摘要
以甲基橙作为竞争包结的客体,采用紫外—可见光谱法研究了在pH值=4.0的体系中β-CD与亚油酸包结物的制备,结果表明,1分子亚油酸与4分子β-CD依据范德华作用力和疏水作用力发生包结作用,生成稳定的包结物。包结物适宜的制备条件为:β-CD与亚油酸的物质的量比为4.8∶1,包结温度38℃,包结时间3.2 h。多种弱相互作用力协同作用于β-CD的配位包结过程,主客体间的尺寸匹配决定所形成包结物的稳定性,根据竞争包结理论,用H idebran-Benesi方程测定了25℃的包结物稳定常数为8.11×1013L/mol,包结物稳定。
Spectrophotometric - titration is performed in aqueous buffer solution ( pH = 4.0 ) to determine the binding constants of β - cyclodextrin ( β- CD ) with linoleic acid, a kind of vip molecules, using methyl orange as a spectral probe. The results indicate that, 4 moles of β - CD can include one mole of ]inoleic acid to form inclusion compound by means of several weeks interaction and force Van Der Waals force and hydrophobic interaction etc. The optimal reaction conditions of inclusion compound of β - CD with linoleic acid are as follows : mole ratio of β - CD to linoleic acid 4.8 : 1 ( mole/mole ) in solution of water and ethanol, time of inclusion reaction is 3.2 h and temperature 38 β. Complex stability is dominated by the size / sharp matching between host and vip. Equilibrium constant of inclusion compound (Ks) of β-CD with linoleic acid is 8.11 × 10^13 L/mol at 25℃.
