摘要
采用多种分析手段,对HClO4/H2SO4/KMnO4/CH3COOH氧化插层体系制备的低硫可膨胀石墨的结构和性能进行了研究。发现制备的可膨胀石墨从181.2℃开始发生明显的热失重,具有低温膨胀性能,300℃时的膨胀容积为115mL/g,400℃时可达263mL/g,可膨胀石墨的石墨片层间存在SO42-、ClO4-、CH3COO-阴离子插层物和H2SO4、HClO4、CH3COOH等中性分子插层物,可膨胀石墨的X射线衍射图谱在2θ为29.25°处出现一个不太强的衍射特征峰。
The low-sulfur expandable graphite was tested and analyzed by morden analyzed methods, which prepared by using HClO4/H2SO4/ KMnO4/CH3COOH mixed compounds as a oxidation-intercalation system. The low-sulfur expandable graphite begins to have obvious thermal loss weight at 181.2℃, and has low-temperature expanding property, its expanding volume at 300℃ is about 115 mL/g and expanding volume at 400℃ is high to 263mL/g. The negative ion SO4^2 - ,ClO4^-. CH3COO^- and the neutral molecules H2SO4,HClO4,CH3COOH exist as intercalation compounds in space between the graphite pieces. The WAXD spectrum of the low-sulfur expandable graphite has a medial strength feature diffraction peak at where 2θ is 29.25°.
