摘要
多孔金属作为一种新型的结构和功能材料,近年来受到了广泛关注,在很多领域都得到了应用。多孔金属的制备方法很多,如铸造类方法、粉末冶金类方法、沉积类方法。按照所用金属原料在制备过程中的状态对多孔金属的制备工艺作了分类介绍,包括基于金属熔体的工艺、基于固态金属粉末的制备方法、基于电或化学沉积的方法。详细介绍了与铸造工艺有关的方法,对其它工艺只作了简要介绍。并分析了各种制备方法的优缺点。
As a new structural and functional material, porous metal is being paid much more attention in the world and found application in many industrial field. There are many ways to produce the porous metal, such as foundry, powder metallurgy and deposition technique. According to the original state of raw metal material used in manufacturing, the manufacturing process can be classified as: melt-based process, powder-based process and deposition technology. The paper described the manufacturing method in detail related to foundry process. A brief introduction was given to other fabrication processes. The merits and demerits of each process were also pointed out in the paper.
