在人工窖泥培养过程中添加TH-A A D Y,可提高人工窖泥的感官质量;促进己酸菌的生长繁殖;提高发酵能力;提高粮食酒的产量和质量;添加TH-A A D Y培养的己酸菌液可用于养护窖池。(孙悟)
The addition of TH-AADY in the culture of manmade pit mud could tmprove sensory quauty ot pit mud advance the growth and propagation of caproic acid bacteria, improve the fermenting power of pit mud, increase liquor output, and improve liquor quality. Caproic acid bacteria solution with addition of TH-AADY could be used in pits maintenance.
